The Scottish singer Donovan embraced the folk-music boom during the sixties that swept both England and America and reached international fame by the age of eighteen. In 1965 he released Fairytale, his second studio album which planted the seed of what was yet to come. It foreshadowed the jazzy feel and descriptions of life in urban London that Donovan would continue to explore over the next two years. Fairytale features his hits “Colours”, “Universal Soldier” and “Jersey Thursday”.
Fairytale is available as a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on white coloured vinyl.
